Toll Brothers reached out to us to produce a spot featuring a New Development of theirs Pacifica San Juan. We utilized a combination of Sunrise Aerial Videography captured by our 4k DJI Drones along with some lifestyle ground work. When shooting these kinds of projects lighting is critical. The only time to really take advantage of optimal lighting is during the Sunrise or Sunset Golden hours. We really got lucky on this one as you can see. Pacifica San Juan overlooks the Dana Point Harbor and one of the best long board surf breaks in Southern California. It’s also a short drive over to Mission San Juan Capistano which has been around for over 240 years.
